CDA is a national-level, youth-led organization committed to building an inclusive, peaceful, and empowered society through the leadership of young people. With a presence across 28 states of India and a dynamic network of over 2,000 youth volunteers, CDA empowers young people—especially those from marginalized and conflict-affected communities—to lead transformative social change.
We work to address critical challenges related to peacebuilding, gender equity, youth livelihoods, human rights, and digital inclusion. Guided by the values of innovation, quality, impact, and sustainability, CDA places youth at the heart of planning, decision-making, and implementation.
We believe in a simple but powerful idea:
“Community First, Youth Always.”aestu carentem habentia spectent tonitrua mutastis locavit liberioris.”
